How I make a difference :

I make a difference by the way I treat my customers. I truly look out for the best interest of all the clients.  I look at the relationship between the client and me as a long-lasting partnership.   I personally visit each client periodically to make sure that Bacheler Technologies is exceeding the high expectations on which we pride ourselves.

About Craig:

Craig S. Bacheler was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA.  He started his technologies career in the United States Navy as an Aviation Electronic Technician where he received basic and advanced electronic training.  His primary responsibility was supporting the FLIR (Forward Looking Info Red) targeting system, for the FA-18 Super Hornet while forward deployed in Yokosuka, Japan on USS Independence CV-62.  Afterwards, Craig worked for Dynamic Imaging Systems Corporation (DIMG) as a Systems Engineer, managing the day to day operations of the Philadelphia office consisting of 5 employees.  Craig met his wonderful wife, Christi Bush Bacheler, in 1998, and moved to Montgomery, Alabama to be closer to her wonderful family.  Craig accepted a job as the Senior Administrator of the Outsourcing Services Incorporated (OSI) at the Montgomery office, where he was responsible for supporting a network of over 300 computers.  In 2002, Craig accepted a position working as a Level 3 Consultant for Jackson Thornton Technologies where he was responsible for all aspects of 13 support clients, ranging from 10 computers to over 200 computers. In January 2008, Craig started Bacheler Technologies with 3 support clients.  With his dedication, quality of service, and customer service, as well as having a great team working for him, Craig has been able to increase the number of support clients to well over 20 companies in Montgomery, Auburn, and Opelika. His number one focus has been, and will always be, customer service and quality of work above all else.
