Bacheler Technologies has acquired Jeter IT

Bacheler Technologies, A 14-year-old Managed Service Provider based in Montgomery Alabama, has acquired Jeter IT Solutions, a 7-year-old Nashville based Managed Services Provider. The official announcement was made In Nashville on 1/3/2022. 
 

“The two companies were so similar in the way they were structured it just made the merger that much easier to accomplish,” said Craig Bacheler.
 

The acquisition of Jeter IT fits into Bacheler Technologies' niche of being personally invested in our client’s growth and welfare. By purchasing Jeter IT, BT will be moving into a larger market and utilizing Jeter IT’s experienced team that is already in place to better support its current clients. BT will bring the Nashville market additional staffing support as well as structure and strategies that they have learned over the past 14 years.
