Craig Bacheler founded Bacheler Technologies as a one man shop and has grown the company from its humble beginnings to what it is now, with 2 locations and 25+ employees all focused on providing the best possible support to your network. Chief Information Officer

Daniel Nelson is the Chief Information Officer and co-owner of Bacheler Technologies. MCSE certified and an Auburn University graduate, Daniel has worked in the company as help desk manager, a level 3, and now the CIO of the company. He works with all departments to ensure Bacheler is delivering the best quality of service possible across all of our support offerings.

Operations Manager - Montgomery

Joey Knowles joined Bacheler Technologies in 2014. Joey is an Auburn University of Montgomery graduate and is the Operations Manager for the Montgomery branch. Joey’s role is to oversee the day to day operations that ensure business runs smoothly and in alignment with our goals as well as those of our clients.

Director of Sales + Marketing

Zack Moscow is the Director of Sales for Bacheler Technologies, and holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA. He joined the Bacheler Technologies team in 2023 with the goal of establishing and maintaining productive and successful partnerships with all of our clients, both present and future.

Help Desk Manager

Katie Dulak became a member of the Bacheler Technologies team in 2018. An Auburn University graduate, Katie’s role is to manage the support team, made up of technicians from Level 1 to Level 3. This team provides your day-to-day services as they relate to desktop and network support.

Operations Manager - Nashville

Justin Gilliam began as co-owner and Technical Services Manager with JeterIT at its inception in 2015. In 2022 JeterIT merged with Bacheler Technologies and Justin is now co-owner and Manager of Operations at the Nashville branch. Justin oversees operations to ensure the best service possible is provided to our Nashville clients.
